I was once a skinny kid, but I took it upon myself to do some reasearch and really work at being toned, and gaining some muscle mass!.

Simply put, to gain weight in muscle, you need to eat more calories than you use!. To do this, don't just eat all unhealthy foods that are bad for you!. Nice non processed meats, lots of fruit and veggies, and lots and lots of pasta, will be great foods!. Anything hardy aswell, like oatmeal!. The denser the better!

Also eating all 3 meals fully, and snacks!. Now, onto actually how to use these goods food to gain muscle!.

If you don't just want more weight - And want that weight to be muscle, I reccomend working out too!. Try lifting weights and getting a work out plan for yourself!. Start off easy untill you know your limits, work on the bench, curl, and run or jog, along with crunches and situps to get nice and fit!. The muscle you gain will help you gain more weight!.

Goodluck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
