this is my last week of school and im going to be off for 2 months.i'm usualy at the gym about 4-5 days a weekbut i plan to start running once schools done. im currently at 230lbs and i want to loss as much weight as possible but still keep muscle. anyone out there have any good workouts consisting of both cardio and weight. i dont care about how hard they are. so as long as they work.
