I really need to loose weight?!


Question: I really need to loose weight!?
ok well you see this is embarassing!
anyway, you see i am going into 8th grade and going into junior high! I have been teased a lot about my weight! it really lowers my convidence well you see I will be 14 soon and i am right now a 13 year old girl 5 ft 3 inches and i really hate this but i weigh 175 or more! I hate it i look pretty int he mirror but then ehh i really not look it though but i do feel not so good about myself i am not goign to do this the easy horrible way so i was woundering what are ways that i can loose weight over the summer! also put into mind i do karate 4 times a week! PLEASE HELP!Www@Answer-Health@Com

you shouldn't be embarassed about wanting to get in shape!. i went through the same thing when i went from 8th grade to high school!. and the safest and healthiest way to lose weight is to do cardio!. you have to do something that will kickstart your metabolism!.!. i recommend running or jogging!. the first 30min!. of a work out are just to get your body started and into fat burning mode!. anything after 30min is burning fat!.!.!. so, i suggest walking at a fast pace for about 15 min to get warmed up!. then jog for another 30 min!. and 5-10min of walking to cool down!. and by walking, i mean power walking!.!. i've seen so many people just walk and talk on their cell phone and then wonder why they aren't losing weight!. also, watch what you eat!. in order to lose weight you have to eat less calories than what you usually eat!. so, reduce your calorie intake by about 250cals a day and then add in a 45min-1hr work out, 5-6days out of the week and you'll be on track!. losing weight the healthy way can be slower than doing something easy(like starving), you are looking at about 2-5lbs a week!. but, its also a lot easier to keep off!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are still growing!.But maybe try eating better, Like in stead of eating at school, bring your own food!. Here is a list of things I snack on!.!.

-100 calorie packs(get the chocolate covered pretzel ones)
-sugar free jello packs(AWESOME)
-WATER!.!.LOTS OF WATER
-baby carrots

im sure you are just beautiful!. dont listen to the losers that make fun of you!. but if you really want to loss weight this is what i did!. i would ride my bike everywhere when i was your age!. i was about 165 and 5'1 right before my freshman year!. i ate a huge salad with just lime and a lil salt before i ate my dinner and then just served myself on a little plate a smaller portion of what the family was eating!. i tried not to eat fried foods!. and before you know it i was starting high school and i lost about 25 pounds over the summer!. i felt great!.

Firstly you can lose as much weight as you want in a short time period, however, you will gain it back!. I am speaking from experience from someone who has been there done that with fad diets!. There is the obvious liposuction, however, the recovery time is 3
