What are exersises for thighs?!


Question: What are exersises for thighs!?
i really wanna look toned and thin for the beach and in short!. i have a little bit of cellulite on my butt and everywhere on my thighs but my thighs aren't even big!. should i do cardio to get thinner thighs or do resistance muscle exercises!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Squats and lunges are good for building leg strength and muscle, and best of all you don't need weights to do them!! Just your bodyweight can tone the muscle really well!.

Look up how to do them!.!.!.

Do 10 squats, then on the 10th on hold it for 10 seconds!.!.!. without resting, do anonther 10!.
Do this 3 times and then rest!.
Then do lunges using the same method!. 10 lunges with the left leg forward, hold the 10th for 10 seconds, switch legs and do it again!. Do both legs 3 times each!.

If you do this twice a week you should notice an improvement in your legs in no time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Even skinny people can have cellulite!. I see it all the time!. Cellulite is formed when you don't use that part of your body enough!. So exericse more!. Here are some the simple exercises I do!.
