Question: If my abs are sore from my workout should I rest them!?
I've recently increased my abdominal workout to include more variation and reps and I'm pretty sore from doing so!. Will I get more benefit from resting my abs for a day or working them out just as hard!? Thanks!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do it everyother day to start to give them a rest but yet not enough rest its not doing anything either!.!.start out everyother day then after a month of getting them use to the work out do it everyday!.!.!.but yeah you dont want to overwork them and be in pain everyday or pull something, but it is good they hurt that means you are working them, they are tightening!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's actually a good thing when your abs are sore because that means your workouts are effective so good job! just be sure to stretch your abdominal muscles after and you should be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
No, you should just continue!. You'll benefit more if you keep going!. The pain will eventually go away so just do what you could!. Just make sure you stretch before you work out!Www@Answer-Health@Com
