Question: Can anyone can give me a few excercises that i can do at home that works out my biceps and triceps!?!?
Answers:
I am answering this assuming you do not have any equipment!. As a former bodybuilder and personal trainer i suggest the following: For triceps: 'Wall pushers' !. Stand facing a wall and put your hands flat against it at shoulder height!. Get as close to the wall as possible and then 'push' yourself away from it!. Do this at least twenty times for starters!.
Also you can try any type of 'curling' motion for biceps!. If you don't have a weight you can use your own body as resistance!.
Hold your arm at 90 degrees to your body!. Grasp the wrist with the other arm and try to lift your arm towards your shoulder!. This is called a bicep curl!. As the resistance increases try to supinate the wrist!. This will enhance the muscle being exercised!.Supinate means twist!. You want to hit the muscle from different angles to encourage it to grow!.

Bicep Excercises: Standing Barbell Curls

This exercise is a basic movement that works the biceps and forearms!.Grab a barbell with an underhand grip!. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart!. Let the barbell hang in front of you at arms length!. Keep your elbows close to your torso at all times!.

Moving only your forearms, use your bicep strength to curl the barbell up to shoulder level!. Hold this position for a second to maximize the peak contraction in the biceps!. Slowly lower the barbell to the starting position!. Repeat!.

Standing Dumbbell Curls

This exercise is similar to the barbell curl!. It works the biceps and forearms!. Grab a pair of dumbbells!. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart!. Let the dumbbells hang at arms length on each side of your body!. Keep your elbows close to your torso at all times!.

Moving only your forearms, use your bicep strength to curl the dumbbells up to shoulder level!. Rotate your hands so that your palms are facing upwards at the top!. Hold this position for a second to maximize the peak contraction in the biceps!. Slowly lower the dumbbells to the starting position!. Repeat!.

Tricep Excercises: Lying Barbell Extensions

This exercise works the triceps, particularly the large inner head of the tricep muscle!.Lie back on a flat bench!. Feet shoulder width apart on each side of the bench!. Have a training partner hand you a barbell!. Grip it with your hands place a bit narrower then shoulder width!. Press the barbell up until it is at arms length above your shoulders!.

Moving only your forearms lower the barbell in an arc motion until it is an inch above your forehead!. Using your triceps strength push the bar back up in an arc motion to the starting position!. Repeat!.

Tricep Dumbbell Extensions

This exercise works the triceps, particularly the long inner head of the triceps!. Grab a light dumbbell with one hand!. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart!. Lift the dumbbell so that it is at arms length straight above you shoulder!. Keep a slight bend in your knees to take pressure off the lower back!.

Slowly lower the dumbbell in an arc motion behind your head until your elbow is at a 90-degree angle!. Slowly lift the dumbbell in an arc motion back to the starting position!. Repeat for the desired number of reps!. Do the same for the other arm!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

triceps!.!.!.get someone to go on your back to add resistance and do as many pushups as u can for 5 sets
biceps!.!.!.get a gallon of milk, 24 pack of pop or something heavy and curl it
or get cheap weights
u can get a bar, two hand bars, and 160 pounds of weights at places like sportmart for 100 bucks
u can get pretty huge with that stuff
like u can use a couch to put a bar on it with the weight you want and take a bench or the ground and lift it like a bench press!.!.!.!.and you can deadlift and buy weight as needed!.

PUSH UPS!!! And any variation of them, including a reverse push up where you lean on your hands, lift yourself up, and with your body facing upwards you lift yourself up and down, basically being a flip of a normal pushup!. This one works your triceps a little bit better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i don't care wat this helps me out wiht, but everyday, i do 10 push-ups, rest a minute, 10 push up, rest a minute, 10 pushup and i'm done!.(they have to be really push up) then i go far a jog around my neighborhood!. then i do sit ups about 30 crunches non-stop!. then i do at least 3 pull ups everyday!. if i could handle it, iw ould do more!. it helps my whole body out!. if you do that for a month, the girls will go after you! well first of all!. you need to at least have some free weights!. if not!. then you can simply do pushups!. they work!. try different kinds of pushups!. there are many different kinds!. triceps are hard to work on without free weights!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Best are pushups for biceps & pull ups for triceps!. Push ups are ezy to do but for pull ups you can get a pole from any close store & attach to 2 walls which will make it straight!. That is a very cheap way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
