10-15 in 3 weeks is a tall order!.

You will need to cut over 1000 calories from your diet a day (either through exercise or diet)!.

You need to lose at least 4 pounds a week!.

1 pound of fat = 3500 calories!. Therefore, 4 * 3500 = 14000 calorie deficit per week!. 7 days in a week!. Therefore 14000 / 7 = 2000 calories a day must leave your diet!.

Unless you are a really big person or overweight, you cannot really do this in a healthy manner, as most people need AT LEAST 1600-2000 calories a day to maintain normal body functioning!. You would have to exercise it all off (think 2 hours of cardio) and eat normally!. And do that 7x a week!.

You need to cut sugar completely from your diet!. Don't add sugar to anything!. Don't eat anything that is naturally high in sugar like fruit and fruit juice, corn etc!. Drink only bottled water!.
