All of them!.

Here are some well-known foods that the name "junk food" is usually attributed to:
-Oreos
-ice pops
-Hostess ANYTHING
-Ice cream
-Soda
-Candy, etc!.

HOWEVER, these aren't considered "junk" but are also pretty bad for you:

-burgers (and fries, obviously)
-CAESAR SALAD: calories LURK in this dish! (that's the fattening dressing--the salad is fine and healthy)
-Pasta (but not the whole-wheat kind)
-And so forth!. Don't eat anything that your great-great-grandmother would not recognize as food!.

*however*, a strawberry dipped in dark chocolate (from Godiva chocolatiers) is good for you, something you should only have once a week!. It should be the most unhealthy thing you eat!.

Also, a lot of juice is pretty bad for you, but a cup of O!.J!. in the morning can be good, as long as it doesn't have tons of sugar!.

Also to lose weight, exercise a lot!.

I say processed foods!. Fast food restaurant food is a good start!.!.although i personally don't object to the occasional subway sandwich!.
Manufactured snacks, potato chips, store-bought packaged snacks are certainly out!. Start reading labels!. Generally, the first three ingredients in the item is what there's most of in it!.
Fried foods are an absolutely no-no!.
Start eating more fresh fruits and vegetables!. Stay away from manufactured fruit drinks and sodas as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Foods that have a lot of sugar and carbs (carbs of 30g)!. Things like Debbie snacks, large amounts of candy, SODA is a big no-no!. Also, fast food (double cheeseburgers, fish filets) and appetizers!. I would steer clear of anything that has been deep fried and/or is in a creamy sauce!. Opt for grilled foods and light dressings!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would think of it this way!. Anything that u wouldn't feed to a baby starting out on solid foods don't feed to yourself!.!. so stick to the milk, real juices, fruits and veggies, cereals and or grain products, very minimum bread (but whole wheat at least when u do eat it) NO SODA!! no cheeseburgers, no chips, the occasional cookie here and there is okay just don't over-do it!. keep it simple and u should be fineWww@Answer-Health@Com
