Question: What do you know can make me taller!?
I am 11 and I am 150 cm tall!. Please tell me how I can get taller without heels(i am short compaired to my classmates)!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

sometimes its good to be short!.
i am 170cm and i dont like it cause everyone is shorter than me and so are some guys which is anouying thankfully everyone is getting taller, but there is no need to grow so fast when you reach age 12-14 you should have a massive growth spert!.
but i have been told that the food chickens get feed have steriods in them which make you grow so just eat more chicken (honest fact)Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeh i know this is a total pain because everyone is probably going to say this to you but your going to have to wait to grow or maybe its just in your genes!.
yeh i had the same problem and i was just waiting for someone to tell me some miricle food or excercise or ANYTHING to make me taller but it didnt happen

just wait, you probably havent started puberty yet,
and when you do then youll spurt up
but if you alredy are or have then you might grow a bit more :)

Honestly the one thing that you cannot change to your body is your height!. Please do not waste your time or money trying ways that are supposed to work that never have or will!. But you are a very young girl and I promise you that you will grow much taller by the time you are 13!. You havent even hit puberty yet!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
