Question: How much protein do I need!?
I am an not an athlete, I'm am considered a little underweight and I'm a vegetarian, how many grams should I aim for a day!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Probably 65-80 grams would be good for you!. Just make sure you are eating plenty of dairy products and foods like nuts and beans that are also high in protein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I just became a vegetarian a year ago and my mom is always on my case about eating the gross food from the vegetarian aisle!. and of course i dont eat it!. so she makes me tons of eggs then people say your eating a baby chick so i feal terrible so i dont really know how much protien sorry:(Www@Answer-Health@Com
you need your body weight in protein/g!. If you weigh 150lbs, you will want AT LEAST 150 grams of protein in one dayWww@Answer-Health@Com
