Fasting, please read on..?!

Question: Fasting, please read on!.!.!?
Anyway, I am thinking about doing a morning, evening (only eating at dark) fasting!. I want some foods that have alot of calories and alot of nutrients, but no trans fat lol!.

Anything loaded with calories but has a good amount of nutrients too, so I'm not just eating calories!.

-_- please take not, that I'm not trying to loose weight, just don't get stupid with the calories, and the amounts, no fast food or restraunt!. I'm working on resistance and endurance for some training for future things, and in general the more calories the better, because during the day I will be doing my usuals exercise wise!.

No crap about its dangerous!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Actually fat has the most calories per gram, so I would incorporate quite a bit of healthy fat- avocados, walnuts, olive oil, etc!. All good monounsatured sources!.
And you dont need to worry abt!. trans fat if your having good fresh foods- its only in processed foods like baked goods and frozen dinners!.
Energy-dense fruits and veggies like bananas, dates, corn, potatoes, etc!. are also great to have!. Be sure to get enough protein also, this is very important if you are working out a lot- dont want to lose muscle!Www@Answer-Health@Com

choose things high in protein - protein is higher in calories than carbs!. I'd eat a lot of legumes, peanut butter, soy, fruits and vegetables!. Avacado has a lot of fat, for example!. If you work out a lot, I do question the wisdom of not having a little something to replenish after your work-out!. Especially if this is a long-term fast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds like the warrior dietWww@Answer-Health@Com
