Need to lose 10 pounds?????
i had a baby 7 months ago and i weigh 22 lbs and am 5'5 in height. i want to get pregnant again in november but really want to lose 10 lbs and tone up before then. as of right now i eat between 1200-1400 calories and run 2-3 miles 4 or 5 days a week. what is the very best exercise for losing weight??? how many calories should i consume per day?

Eat less, move more.
Low carb will make you lose the fastest, but in my experience is not good long term. Just eat your basic food groups (with plenty of green leafy veggies) and try to burn more calories than you are consuming. It'll happen.
