Question: What are some fun things i can do to keep myself from eating!?
i'm at home alone really bored!. i'm tired of being on my computer!. what are some time consuming fun things i can do to keep myself from eating!? i just walked my dog for like 30 mins but that made me hungrier lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are a girl!.!.paint your toenails, or mess with you hair and try new styles!.

And if you cant keep yourself from eating, have a bowl of cut fresh fruit on the counter!.!.!.or some carrots or something, that way you dont go for the pantry and grab the bag of chips!. Fruit and veggies won't hurt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Coffee! It helps to pep you up, its an mild appitite suppresent!. Plus since its warm it helps to settle your stomach!. Just dont go over board (as i tend to do sometimes)

Also brushing your teeth turns some people off from eating for a while!.

Oh, and this works great for me: If you are in munchie mode for something salty like chips, fill a glass with warm water and add salt (like if you were going to do a salt rince for a sore tooth) Just rinse and spit a bunch of it and it will totaly turn off the craving for a salty snack!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do you like reading books or listening to music!.!. !? The idea is to do whatever you like!.!.

Eat only when you are hungry!.!. If you are thinking about food-- search on internet healthy dishes you can eat and make it yourself :) will keep you busy and you will eat healthy too!.!.

Do not eat junk or overeat!. That is the precaution you have to take because it takes a lot more efforts to loose them!.!. believe me!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have the same problem its like you eat when your bored even if your not hungry

latley i've tried to just drink water if i feel like that or drink green tea

it's said to not make you so hungry=]

Chew sugar-free gum, use sugar-free suckers-something to keep your hands and mouth busy!. Take up a musical instrument and/or singing!. Try painting!. Anything that will occupy your mind!. Drink lots of water or hot tea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can snack!. Just snack on something healthy like carrots or celery sticks!. Don't deprive yourself!. If you do, by the end of the day you'll go nuts on some fast food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Read and get your mind active!. It won't stop your hunger, but staying on a computer lets your mind wander to food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This might sound really dumb but play video games!. (it keeps your hands out of the chip bowl)Www@Answer-Health@Com
