I'm 5'10 and weigh 153 lbs. I need to drop 16+ pounds in the next month and a half. I can't run because dit hurts my shins so what do I do?

Drink only water no sugary fizzy drinks coffee ecs
Eat a lot of fiber weat esc , no fat starch.
Lot of veggies steamed and steamed fish and chicken .
Also raw veggies and fruit as a snack .
For calsuim fat free yogurt or o% FAT milk only
