Help i have a problem?!
Question: Help i have a problem!?
Ok im 17 last year i weight 270lbs i em now at 164lbs im 5'9!.
Ok my friend weights 150lbs im just 14lbs overweight then him
and i looked at myself in the miror and i noticed i have extra skin!!. In my chest area what can i do about this!? I got a date in august and i really want to look good for this girl shes the reason why i lost all this weight!.
1!.Do you guys think if i loose 14lbs would that make a difference!? my friend same height and age!.!.!.!.

Congratulations on all the weight lost !!!!
Your ideal weight depends on lots of things, but I'd say 150-160 is about right!. Some of it depends on your fitness level - it's Ok to have extra weight if it's lean muscle!.
As for the extra skin - I don't know if it is permanent or not!. I would try and fill in that skin with muscle!. If you are not weight training now, then start!. Look at these sites for some suggested exercise routines!.

skip the potatoes and cereal (too much sugar) and stick with whole grain bread (not white bread)Www@Answer-Health@Com
