Can you lose weight by just dieting?!


Question: Can you lose weight by just dieting!?
so i am trying to lose 10-15lbs right!? i don't really care how long it takes, but just less then 4 months or something!. i am currently eating about 1200 cals a day!. will i lose weight by just eating this or do i have to exercise!? NO DIET PILLS!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah, but if you work out 45 mins a day 3-4 days a week you will lose weight faster and you will build muscle!.!.!.losing weight without exercising is very hard!.!.i would recommend exercise!.!.its good for you!.!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can lose weight by restricting calories alone, but that doesn't make it a good idea!. You'll always have to diet when your weight comes up, but if you build muscle your body will burn more calories at rest and you won't have to restrict the calories so much!. Plus you will just be healthier!.

Hi Christa!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.If you are young and healthy I would grab a friend and walk about 2 miles a day!.!.!.!.!.or better yet jog!.!.!.!.I'm not a great running person anymore!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.but a great beliver in walking!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.so when your young your legs can take the bounce!. Swimming is also good!.!.!.!.!.the water helps hold all your body parts together better!.!.!.!.less strain!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.but I think I would at least walk everyday!.!.!.!.!.!.that' simple and easy, but with a friend !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.for safty sake!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.have fun!.!.!.!.niteWww@Answer-Health@Com
