How can i strengthen/bulk up my wrists?!


Question: How can i strengthen/bulk up my wrists!?
Hey there!

My wrists look really thin and bony, like there is no muscle or even fat on them! But when you go a few inches up, my forearms are reasonable big!? So it looks a bit odd!.

Are there any excercises i can do to strengthen them up!?

Go here!.!.!. Get a tennis ball and sqeeze it while sitting around doing nothing!. Two would be better (I'm assuming you have two hands)!.

I don't think you can bulk them up!. For wrists you can do forearm curls, palms up and roll a barbell to the tips of your fingers and then into your thumbs and roll your wrists up!. You can also hold the barbell knuckles down and lift your wrists up!. Even squashing a tennis or squash ball in your hands will help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no!.!.ur wrist is a bone then skin w!. miniscule amount of fat in it there's no way to get it bigger!.!.!.accept natural growth when ur bones groaw as u mature so dont worry u can workout ur forearm where u say it's reasonably big but not the actual wristWww@Answer-Health@Com

Rock climbers often use stress ball like things to strengthen there arms and wrists!. I have a great one that works pretty good, its a red ball with elastic strings which you strap onto individual fingers!.

Ask a sport store nearby and see what they have!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can get a stress relieving ball, (one of the firm ones) and squeeze it while doing everything almost non-stop!. It will also make your hands stronger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
