Question: How much should i work out if i have to lose 2 kgs (4!.4 pounds) per week!?
how many kms should i walk to lose 2 kgs (4!.4 pounds) per week and at what speed!? and how many calories should i have!?
i am 24yrs old, female, 76kgs (167!.2 pounds) & 157cms tall!.
please tell me how to do it!.!.!. please dont tell me why not to do it!.!.!.
i am desperate!.!.!. thank u!.!.!.

I'm not trying to be negative, but losing more than 2 pounds per week may not even be possible and I'm afraid you'll be disappointed when you try, and don't succeed!. But with that said, to burn four pounds, you need to burn 14,000 more calories than you consume either by limiting what you eat or by exercising and working them off!. Considering women usually eat about 1500 - 2000 calories a day, do you see how this will be practically impossible!? You need to eat to exercise, but you would have to exercise for several hours a day to burn this many calories!.

I suggest going to the gym, getting on a cardio machine, and doing whatever the exercise is until you burn 500 calories!. Go once in the morning and once at night four days per week, two days a week, go only in the morning, and one day a week, do not exercise at all because your body needs rest!. Then I would reduce calorie intake by about 700 calories a day if possible (for example, eat only lean protein (grilled chicken, egg whites, lean turkey) and either steamed or grilled vegetables (or salad without dressing)!. That will reduce your calorie intake greatly!. Since you will need fiber, eat 1-2 pieces of low calorie, high fiber toast or bread each day!. Doing this, you will also need a fiber supplement!. You could do an herbal colon cleanse if you want-- you can buy them at nutrition stores-- and that would include a fiber pill already!. Too much fiber at once can make you have stomach aches so don't pop a fiber pill with no food in your stomach!.

Once again, I want to say that this is a very extreme diet because what you're wanting to do is very extreme!. Instead of allowing yourself to get to 167 lbs, you should try to lose weight slowly, develop healthy habits, and keep the weight off!.

You should get at least 60 minutes (1 hour) of exercise each day for the rest of your life basically! Your best bet for losing weight is to push yourself so that you get a good sweat!. Walking is a good exercise to do each day for 30 minutes at a fast pace, like speed walking!. Listening to fast music helps motivate you also, so try that!. For 20 minutes every other day you should weight lift with two 4 pound weights!. It will help build muscle and speed up your metabolism, and since you're a girl you won't get too built up and manly looking!. And remember, the key to losing weight and being healthy is 50% exercise and 50% nutrition!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
