Question: Please help, im hungry!!!?
okayy so i didnt eat anything today!. there are some things n my kitchin but its either like basic nesesieties(sugar, flour) or meat products and im vegetarian!. i had a fight wth my mom too yesterady, because she said that the only reason she cooks is because of me!.!.so i told her to not to bother, it isnt worth the guilt!.

soo now im kinda like "well!.!.i HAVE to eat eventually" i would go walk to the store myself (cant drive, im 15) but im REALY tired i had to go to work all day and run around fpr my boss!.

soo my question is how to fill up without having to cook or go anywhere, can i fill up on vitamins instead!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is quite simple really!. GO into the fridge or freezer and look for fruits and vegetables!. Those are the things you should eat!. Make large salads with loads of fresh things in them!. Eat nuts and seeds if you have them, just avoid peanuts because they usually contain mold!. Just be knowledgeable with your mom, if you are going to be a vegetarian living under her roof, perhaps you could tell her the things that you like to eat that she likes that way she can buy them, or let her know the things that she should buy or cook that you would eat!.

she may not like it because of the change in routine but she will learn to respect you because of you being able to choose a direction for yourself!. Don't go hungry because that has serious side effects on your body!. And don't take vitamins because they could make things worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do you have any fruit at home!? apples and bananas are good fillers, if you're really hungry tell your mom to cook something or get something for you, you shouldnt starve yourself for no reason!.!.!.next time just let her know if she buys the supplies you can make your own foodWww@Answer-Health@Com

absolutely not! you need to eat something, maybe some fruit, apple, banana, orange juice!. drink lots of water too!. you can always go with the classic pbj sandwich and a glass of cold milk! yum!Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. You need a meal!. Otherwise, not only will you feel incredibly weak and ill, but your metabolism will be affected and you'll begin to put weight on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah Shorty, Richard's right! U need to eat a nice meal, forget the guilt, that's your mom's job , to take care of you which includes, feeding you! But at 15 I think it's past time to learn how to cook for yourself, you shouldn't be starving yourself, very unhealthy!
