Need to lose a few... dozen pounds?!


Question: Need to lose a few!.!.!. dozen pounds!?
I'm fourteen!. today was my first day of summer vacation!. If I do say 200 sit ups every day till September, how much (just make an educated guess, don't say "it depends") do you think i can lose with a healthy diet!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to do cardio to lose weight- that's brisk walking, jogging, running, swimming, biking etc!.

If you did half an hour of cardio everyday, ate healthy etc you coul lose about 30lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would guess 5 pounds, mostly because you aren't doing very much, and your body will soon get used to the same, boring workout!. Do some jogging, or on some days do some weightlifting, or even yoga!. And rest 1 or 2 days per week to let your muscles repair!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sit ups wont do crap, abs might get bigger but if you gotta layer of fat over them!.theyll never be seen!.everyone has 6 pack abs but you have to get down to a certain bodyfat to see them!.weight trsining with heavy weights 3 days a week,cardio 3 days a week and eat high protein,low carbs!.( i love watchin people 30 lbs overweight doing crunches!what!?!?!?youll get there,just work out with intensity!Www@Answer-Health@Com
