One week no gym?!


Question:

One week no gym?

i starting concentrating on gaining mass in novemberish. Its very crucial that i have NO fallbacks or loses during the summer as i need all the gains and time i can get, because i may have another vacation planned.

So this upcoming week, for 7 days im going to be camping, no where near a gym or machines. What can i do so i maintain the muscle i've gained??

If you can, include mabey eating/activities/ or just chill it out?

If it helps my schedule was
day1 - Back/bicep
day2-Leg/shoulder
day3-Chest/tricep
day4-REST
repeat

I read in Men's Health that anywhere up to 2 weeks of not working you wont actually lose muscle mass. Most of the time any loss of results you see will be completely mental. Alot of people think they are losing muscle mass because they are used to looking at themselves in the mirror right after working out and seeing themselves look cut and then trying to compare it to 6 hours later. Bottom line, one week wont hurt your weight gain. Sometimes letting the body rest is the best thing you can do to for it.
