Question: Will I be able to lose weight and be toned if I'm not using weights right now!?
I'm in another country until sometime in August and I was using weights like 3 times a week, but now I won't be able to get to the gym!. I have been doing taebo and pilates alternating for 6 days a week, will I still be able to lose weight and be toned!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sure!. Losing weight is more about aerobic exercise so find a way to jog, walk or whatever!. If you're worried about muscle tone, you can do push-ups, knee bends, triceps dips, pull ups etc while you're away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
