Answers:

Sweetie, do you really think losing weight is worth it? Think about this. You think people will only like you because you'll be a stick? Highly unlikely. I've been there and done that, people only look at you like you're a thin nobody.
It's not about what you look like. Think more on the inside. If you're a sweet, kind, caring and trust worthy person, people will really love you for you. Humour and personality is what people love. If they love what you look like (because you're small), then they are SHALLOW. Very very shallow. Ignore the pressures of being thin and enjoy the time being a teenager.
It is a LOT of hard work to be thin. You do not stay that way for long. It all comes back, twice as fast, I'm not joking. In fact you'll most likely slow down your metabolism, and you'll gain weight. If you're healthy, but you want to look good, here's an idea.

Sign up for a fun sport. I chose tennis, and later on I did tai chi. Both are very fun and can be relaxing. You'll be toned and fit, tight on the buttocks, and no flab! You'll be healthy and happier in the long run.
There are shitloads of studies which show that losing weight for the reason of being likeable is unhealthy. You're wrecking your body and natural growth. You're 15! Plenty of time to grow and with growth you do become a bit thinner. Stay healthy please!
I'm 17 and I've been through that, so know from me, I really mean to be happy with how you are.
