I have this problem when I'm working out my legs, it's kinda funny kinda!

Question: I have this problem when I'm working out my legs, it's kinda funny kinda weird!.!.!.!?
Everytime I do a hamstring curl, a leg extension, or work out my calves, I always feel like I'm going to ejaculate!.

Obviously this is only with reasonably heavy weights!.

I heard that when you work your legs out that it gets the testosterone flowing in the blood!. Does this have something to do with this sensation!.

I feel that my leg routines are slightly suboptimal because of this feeling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I thought I was the only person who felt this way, but I also noticed that the increase or the exercises of certain muscle groups i work on also rise my hormone levels!.

Increasing testosterone through exercise is one of the best ways to naturally increase levels of this hormone!.

However, there are some cautions you need to be aware of!.

That's because some ways of working out can actually lower your testosterone levels!

For example, if you exercise for too long you can actually hurt your testosterone levels!.

Testosterone levels after a leg workout can be lower than after other exercises in certain circumstances!.

Studies conducted on endurance athletes who exercise for long stretches of time at once were shown to have testosterone levels up to 85% lower than people who do not perform endurance exercises!.

A typical example of an endurance athlete would be a long distance runner!.

On the other hand, weight lifting -- which tends to be short in duration and high intensity -- can be effective in boosting HGH (human growth hormone) levels and testosterone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That could partially be dyhydration but I got a little science behind it all!.!. We all know the warmest spot on the body is the genitals, well after a decent work out, you feel hot, and your bodys trying to cool, down, well you southern regions are getting really hot, and it makes it easy for them to shoot the juice!.!. So the lifting movements kinda, do it!.!.

I never really encoutered this problem, mostly because I do warm up reps, and by the time I get to real reps, I have enough stress built up along with lactic acid, the body has enough sweat going to cool me down, for my actually heavy sets!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
