What types of exercises burn the most calories?!


Question: What types of exercises burn the most calories!?
Im 12 and I am looking to loose about 45 lbs!. I am on Weight Watchers and so far I have lost about 6!.4 lbs!. As you can see I have got a LOOONG way to go!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Running , swiming, dancing, aerobics,jogging are some of the ways b whch u can burn calories and b fit!.
Along wit exercise a balanced diet is also necessary!.Control consumption of oily and junk food!.This will surely help u 2 loose those extra pounds!.!.

I have found that dancing works great for me!. I lost about 20 pounds in a month from dancing everyday!. It works your whole body!. Find some upbeat songs and have fun with it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
