i have really skinny calves and i want to build muscles in them!. how do i build calf muscles quickly!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Calf raises: Best way is get a thick book like a dictionary!.
with the balls of your feet on the dictionary raise up like you are having to stand on your toes to reach something:
Then slowly lower yourself until your heels are touching the floor with the balls of your feet still on the dictionary:
continue doing reps until you feel your calves and ankles getting tired:

A word of caution do not over do in the first week!. You do you will not be able to get out of bed the next day: I know been there done that:

After first week add an additional set: Rest one minute between sets:

You cna do real heavy negatives on leg press machine push witrh both feet anf than do a ngative with you calf muscles, ake sure the safeties are set and start light, also regular standing calf raises, or if you are at home one legged dumbell calf raises or else improvise a weigth like maybe a gallon jug full of sand and water!. Also skipping rope , or naything you will be on the balls of your feet!. Probbaly best is raises and negatives if you can, claf raises are the best calf exercise for building them up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Walking is an exercise, and since you walk everyday, you are exercising!. so long as you don't plonk yourself in front of the idiot box!.

walking is the cheapest and fastest way to get those calves!. Running works too!.

Either way, walking and Running, both exercise the Calves, thereby hardening the muscles there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Double dutch

(Jump roping with two ropes turning!. It requires you to jump on your tiptoes) I did it for a summer and my calves where huge!. Only thing is you need two other people to turn the ropes and it takes a lot of skill!.
