Exercises to lose 10lbs in 10 days?!


Question: Exercises to lose 10lbs in 10 days!?
This summer, I intend to lose 10lbs in 10 days!. Last summer, I lost 7lbs in 7 days, so I want to see if I can still do it - as well as lengthen the challenge!.

I run an hour a day, and do 100 sit-ups before bed as well!.

What are other exercises I can do, to give myself a little bit more variety!? I do cycle, and I do that once a day - usually a 15 minute ride, as fast as I can peddle!.

It is not healthy to lose weight that fast and you will likely put it right back on!.

30 days would be a better time period to lose 10 pounds and even that is faster than most doctors recommend!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
