Why.........???!

Why.........???

why on all the wight loss things, do people say drink lots or water...but then they say the first thing you lose when you exercise IS water? wouldn't you want to stop drinking AS much? I mean i know you need water to keep yourself hydrated....but it just doesn't make sense.


Answers:

You are right, it makes no much sense. Water makes you go pee a lot and cleans out your system. So you need lots of water. If you fill up on water then you won't be as likely to eat anything else 'cause you'll be so full. When you lose the H20 through exercise is as if you haven't eaten anything and you don't gain weight or as much...does that make some sense?
