hello THE GODFATHER,

if you can lift 6 times a week. Try for 3 different types of days. 1 could be lower body, 1 chest, bi's, tri's, then shoulders, back and stomach.

do your cardio at the opposite time of the day. if you work out mornings, do you cardio in the eve, or vice versa.

For max gains lift High weight Lower reps 3 - 5, 5 to 7 sets( this doesn't include your stomach, higher reps with high inclined crunches. ouch).

Cardio should be a form of inerval cardio. for example full out sprint 15 seconds then walk 45 seconds. this is proven to be more effecient than running.

Make sure your eating enough caleries around 3000 - 3500 and 30% protien, 50% carbs, 20% fats. 25 to 35 grams of fiber.
