Well im trying to loose weight...?!


Question: Well im trying to loose weight!.!.!.!?
and ive been going to the gym ane everything, but usually during the day now that its summer i wake up at 11 or 12 eat breakfast then 3 hours later i just get bored and start eating, and then i go out later at night, and then i feel self concious, and i just dont know what to do to make me stop eating out of boredom during the day!

any ideas!!?

i dont really like to just go out for a walk and its very hot here!.
i dont have a car, and therefore dont have a ride to the beach everydayWww@Answer-Health@Com

hahah, challenge i first faced too!. Get busy!. Real Busy!. I use to be 185 pounds last year then i started running no gym got to 145 pounds and then i started building and now am 170 pounds with 6 foot!. I have a medium build and i faced the exact same problem as you!.

If your trying to loose weight AND are doing bulking excersizes then you have to eat!. You have to eat alot of protien!. Can you add your wieght height and some other factors such as daily foods!. Other then that if u wanna loose weight there is a quote known as " You loose weight in the kitchen no in the gym" This is true, because 3500 calories is 1 pound if you were to cut ur calories by 500 everyday in a week u will be a pound less!. Now dont go on a diet, THEY DONT WORK! What you do is, dont eat bread everyday and there is your 500 calories gone!. Dont drink coke and there is 250 gone!. Just look at small stuff like that and do HITT Cardio!. Basically HITT Cardio is an intensive training which is done like so!. You sprint for 30 seconds jog for 30 then sprint again and so forth!. When you get tired take a small walk and repeat!. I started of at 30 second sprint and now am 1 minute and 30 second!. With Hit Cardio u'll loose weight fast!. But remember never cut on your foods too much because that will affect your body negatively!.

Also wake up earlier and go to the gym and for your run earlier!. Go to bodybuilding!.com and enter the fourms make and account, put down what u wanna achieve and so many ppl will reply and give you meal plans and so on!. Its great, they helped me alot and in a year i went from lazy and overweigh to a medium build football player!. If i can do it, trust me so can u!. O, by the way eat 5 - 6 meals a day, in the morning eat cereal, gives you good energy and a banana!. Thats one meal and dont eat chips or frieze!. Not until you see change anyways!.

what i do is chew gum! i chew extra because the flavor lasts long, it's sugarless, AND there's only 5 calories a piece!. whenever you get hungry, just chew some instead!. also, print off pictures of celebrities or regular people that have the body you want, and look at those whenever you feel like eating out of boredom!. good luck! =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you get bored, don't eat! That's your biggest problem! Instead, scrap-book, play piano, draw, write, play Wii, or take a jog when you get bored!. Keep yourself busy so you aren't as tempted to grab snacks and stuff!. That's how I finally started to shed a few pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can eat as much as you want as long as you eat healthy and smaller portions with each meal!. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables!. When I get cravings I drink green tea, it helps!. Drink lots, and lots of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try to take up some hobbies, maybe start doing puzzles or reading or something!. Another thing that has helped me in the past is to drink water when I feel like i need to eat out of boredom!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Find a hobby, so your not always so bored, and yea go to your local gym!. try to eat healthy meals with lots of protein and vitamins etc!.!.!. Hope i helped =DWww@Answer-Health@Com

Take 1 tbsp of honey mix it in one glass of luke warm water and have it every day ( First thing in the morning)Www@Answer-Health@Com
