It is an impossible question to answer!. Excercise intensity, body fat percentage, food intake, metabolic rate etc etc

I'd say that would take about 4 - 5 months at best!. Healthy weight loss is about 1 to 1!.5 lb per week!. Usually you can get a diet off to a quick start by being all positive and doing all the right things which causes an initial surge in weight loss but then this normally slows and eventually plateaus!. You then might lose a bit more after the plateau but then the frustration and disappointment causes you to lose faith an interest which ends up leading to you adding a bit back on!. This is the crucial stage to get remotivated and to "start" again which will help you get another surge to get yourself onto the home straight!.
