The best rule to go by is to eat things that are processed the LEAST!. the more things are processed the more calories and bad chemicals they have in them!. for example if you have fresh lettuce, not cut, nothing added to it, just lettuce!.!.!.and then you have lettuce in a bag!. even though they look the same and may taste the same, the fresh stuff is probally better than the processed!. cutting out processed food is hard, but if you do it as much as you can it will help!. like no more chips, even healthy ones!. anything processed = bad!. this knocks out pretty much everyhting bad for us!. people are meant to eat off the land!. when we eat all this crap in grocery stores that is when we mess our bodies up and we gain too much weight!. drink ALOT of WATER, nothing else, just water!. people think things that have a lot of water in it or have vitamins in it is better than plain water!. NO!. just water, trust me!. 8 glasses a day!. i mean really KEEP TRACK it will help alot!. dont starve yourself if anyhting eat more! if you eat more of only healthy things you will lose weight!. starving yourself acctually throws your body into a stravation mode and everything you eat turns directly into fat because your body doesn't know when you will get food again!. and the #1 of any weightloss plan!. EXERCISE!. yeah it for sure sucks, but it is the only way!. do things that are fun instead of hard!. exersize doesn't have to be hard!. if you walk a mile and run a mile you burn the same amout of calories!. go for a walk, rollerblade, bike while jamming to your favorite music!.
