Aww, you know you can make healthy versions of most of that right!? So many people don't realize that you don't have to eat bland food to eat healthy, but, you do have to be more careful on portion size with some of these items!.!.
Want biscuits!? Then have these ones! They're oatmeal, so you actually get some fiber too and applesauce is used to replace most of the oil!.!. I use whole wheat flour instead of all purpose flour so that they have even more fiber!.!. Make up a batch, but, then freeze them up so you have a couple everyday!.

If you want a burger, then make one, just use 96% lean beef!. Instead of putting it on a bun, toast a piece of real whole wheat bread and serve it open faced!. You can pile all kinds of onion and tomato and such on it and have a great burger!.
I can't help you with the sausage, that stuffs awful for you, but, no reason not to treat yourself with one serving now and then if you really crave it!.
Really want cake!? Then, make or buy an angel food cake and have it with low fat whipped topping and fresh fruit!.!. Of course, use moderation, can't eat the whole cake and still lose weight!.!. Many cake recipes can be made substituting applesauce for the oil!. So, if you have a favorite recipe, that may be an alternative for you!.
Pizza can be a great well balanced food if you make it right and don't eat to much of it!.!. Here's a good dough recipe, but, use 100% whole wheat flour to take it from a bad carb to a good carb!.!.
4 teaspoons or 2 packages of yeast
3/4 cup of warm water
2 tablespoons of olive oil
approximately 2 cups of whole wheat flour!.!.
Use a large bowl and let the water and yeast sit for about a minute before adding the other ingredients!.!. Then, just mix by hand till you have a nice doughy consistency, add enough flour to where it's not really sticky, but, still clings somewhat to the countertop you're working it on!. Then, you can let it rise for about a half hour if you wish!. I'm usually in a hurry and it still turns out decent even if I don't let it rise at all!. Then I just add my toppings using low fat mozzarella, low fat parmesan for more flavor and then I'll use either chicken and make a barbecue chicken pizza with a bit of barbecue sauce or I'll use pepperoni made out of turkey!. There are all kinds of option for pizza though, so be creative and just try to use more of ingredients with less calories, ie vegetables and less of ingredients that are heavier on the calories like meat and cheese!.
Here's my favorite bread recipe, once again, I use nothing but whole wheat flour even though the recipe calls for bread flour!. Whole wheat flour has tons of fiber and makes for a good carb bread!. I also use olive oil for the oil for a healthy fat source!.

I even add a cup of rolled oats to it on the second kneading!.

Made with all whole wheat flour and olive oil, and estimating about ten slices per loaf and three loafs of bread, the nutritional information works out to about 154 calories per slice, only two grams of fat, most of which is from good fats, a whopping 4 grams of fiber and 5 grams of protein!. That's a lot of nutritional value and will save you a lot of money too over store bought!.!. I don't know if you can buy whole wheat pasta there, but, that's what I buy and I just made a tuna noodle salad with it!.!.
Unfortunately, I haven't found a strong substitute for icecream, but, this smoothie is very close!.!.
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup of yogurt
1/4 cup of orange juice!.!. Then just blend it up!.!.
You can substitute any frozen fruit!. Using the frozen fruit gives it a really thick consistency like a milkshake!.!.

Fruit is good! Strawberries, and cantaloupe are REALLY low in calories, and sooo good! Also, nectarines, apples, bananas, oranges, pineapple, honey dew melon are all low in calories!. Stay away from grapes, watermelon, dates, avacados!.

There's nothing wrong with potatoes! A LARGE one is only 100 calories!. It's what you put on it!! Just low-fat butter or margarine and pepper, (a little salt is fine,) OR you can put stuff in the potato like lean meat, hamburger, chicken, almost ANYTHING!! DELICIOUS!!! You can put a whole salad in a potato!. When it comes to potatoes there are no rules!! Use your imagination!!
Brown rice is good too!.

Good luck and ENJOY!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
