Answers:
Pain is never good!. Give yourself four or five days or good rest and if you still have pain see a doctor since you probably pulled something!.

The phrase "no pain, no gain" is not meant to be literal!. It means you have to work hard, but you still have to be smart about it!.

Use very low weights until your form is perfect!. Then slowly work your way up!. You need to learn how to focus on the exact muscles you are working in order to build them properly and efficiently!.

You should only be working out each muscle group twice per week at the most (well, triceps, abs and calves recover quicker but for chest twice per week is plenty) with plenty of rest in between!. And you should do your whole work out in one session with short rests between sets!.

It sounds like you just over-trained and you should recover in time, but take it easy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You benched four times in one day!.!.!.okay!.!.!.clarify this!. Each time you went to bench, how many reps and sets did you do!? I need to know this to clarify whether or not it's a bad thing!.

Incidentally, a sharp pain in your arms when you lift them cannot be seen as a good thing no matter how you slice it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
