You tend to get weak after a while on a low low carb diet and its also pretty difficult to maintain indefinitely!. Ultimately, I believe these diets tend to leave you back where you started or worse in a few months or years!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was on the South Beach diet once!. I did lose weight, but I was unable to maintain that stringent of an eating plan!. I have found this to be true of any diet that asks you to restrict or elimminate certain foods!. One of the best diets available right now is Weight Watchers!. A low carb diet doesn't mean you have to eat more fats!. Get the Atkins diet book!. I lost 56 pounds on it and gained more energy!. Once your body is in ketosis you won't feel hungry either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
