ok so im 16, 5'2 1/2 139lbs!. my friends tell me im not fat but i feel like it!. they tell me to stop bringing myself down but i cannot help it!. its hard for me to lose weight, and please dont say eat right and exercise! i dont eat junk food and i go on walks alot bcuz i cant run!. i do sit ups/crunches and ALL i drink is water!. i dont drink soda and i dont eat bad foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

According to the suggested BMI, you are just slightly overweight!. Suggested body fat is 24!.9 or below and you are at 25!.4!. Don't listen to your friends!. They'll never tell you you're fat, lol!. Actually you're not even fat, but probably just a little thicker than your ideal weight might be!. I started getting fat a little while ago and my friends are mostly all thicker than me, so they would never tell me I was getting chubby when I actually was!. I figured it out the first time I looked in the mirror and noticed love handles!. I have the same problem as you where I eat right but gain weight for no reason except I JUST started working out and I have a desk job!. You need to find ways to increase your metabolism!. If you can't run (I'm assuming because of leg, knee, or some other type of injury, etc!.) what about an elliptical if you have access to one!? One thing that boosts your metabolism is interval training which you can do on one, Also like going up and down a stair case would be interval training!. Here's another thought, try walking faster, not just walking, but speed walking is what helps you get a better cardio!. My ex-wife is 5'2" and 40 years old!. She weighs 105 and is too skinny!. A size 6 is about 115 and a size 8 is 125 to 130!. She has been all sizes up to a 14!. She was sexiest at 8!.

Now for my opinion!. You are 16 years old and your body is in a constant state of change!. Any harsh fad diets will screw up your body permanently!. Did you see Lindsey Lohan's pictures for NY magazine!? She used to have a fantastic body!. Then after continuing weight fluctuations, going up and down, she now looks droopy!.
Watch what you eat and ride a bicycle and continue to walk and drink water!. You will grow into the woman you want to be in time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
