Working my abdominals?!
Question: Working my abdominals!?
I want to know if I can work my abs three times a week!. That is every time that I lift!. I do all other muscle groups only once per week!.
75 crunches with a 25 pound weight, 50 hanging knee raises, 75 trunk twists (each side) with 20 lbs!. of resistance on the cable machine!. Occasionally add more!.
Can I do all of this 3 times a week without overworking my abs!? They never feel sore the way my other muscles do so I think it is fine, but do you know for sure!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

yea you can work abs everyday if you want to!. abs rebuild themselves faster then any other muscle in the body!. you need to do some type of cardio or your abs will never show!.

Yes but I think it will overwork your abs!. You should try the best ab program on the Internet because you will get better result with!.(You would be glad if you did)
