Trying to loose weight?!


Question: Trying to loose weight!?
Ok, so I'm really trying to loose weight before I go back to school!. My family and I had recently joined a gym and I LOVE it there but I still don't feel like I'm getting the results I want!. I calculated my BMR and it is 1586 but I don't know how much I should add on to that with workouts!. I basically need to know what should I eat so I consume less calories than I burn so I can loose weight!. Also, what should I be doing at the gym!. This gym has EVERYTHING so any suggestions would be great help!! THANKS!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Stay active!. Eat right (healthy)!. Also, eat small amounts of food at least 5 times a day!. By doing this, it will be easier to burn calories!. Drink lots of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
