Growth stops when the ends of the long bones permanently fuse into bone (fusion of the epiphyses)!. The time at which this occurs can vary a lot from one person to the next!. In girls, the fastest growth occurs right before menarche (their first menstrual period) and then slows dramatically!. Boys don't grow as fast but continue to grow for a longer period!. Most girls are at their final heights in their mid-teens, although both sexes can grow very slowly into their early twenties (only about an extra inch or so)!.

Everybody is different!.!.!.My Aunt didn't stop till she was 20 , So it just depends!.!.!.of the most part girls stop by age 20 !.Guys don't stop till like 22!. But again it just depends on your family , not everyone is the sameWww@Answer-Health@Com
