I'll be starting a diet, and bike riding and running everyday, uhhh I love milk chocolate and sweet drink :P but I

if you really are set on cutting everything with out any kind of "free day" then my tip is any time you crave something sweet, eat some fruit!. The natural sugar in fruit will curb that craving!. Cherries, watermelon, any kind of berry, and peaches are my favorite to beat the sweet cravings i get!. if you need any more help or ideas just message me!. Good Luck! Cold turkey is hard!. HARD!.

You should consider allowing yourself one "treat" or two per week at first!. Otherwise you might say "to heck with this" and binge!.

Some "health" shakes are chocolate flavored as well so that might help satisfy your craving!.

It's great to have a goal of cutting it all out but my suggestion would be to do it in stages - start my cutting it down now, and then more later until it's all but gone after a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
