Answers:
Its helps you lose WATER weight faster by dehydrating your body!. It is used by boxers/fighters to ensure dropping into a lower weight class usually in the last 2 days before weigh in!. It is not a fat loss technique, within 12 hours after you will gain the water back!.

being environmentally cold (working out in the winter outside, etc)actually speeds up metabolism more, and therefore fat loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes and No!. It causes you to lose water weight which will read as fewer pounds on the scale!. The weight will be put back on once you are properly hydrated!.
It is probably not a good idea for working out however because your body becomes dehydrated and then your workout will be less effectiveWww@Answer-Health@Com

It would just be water weight because you'd sweat more, and after you drink some water, you'd regain the weight!.

In warm weather, wear appropriate clothing, e!.g!. shorts, T-shirt or tank top, etc!. In cool or cold weather, layer your clothing so you can remove some as your body heats up from exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
