How to lose more weight after your body reached its ideal weight?!


Question: How to lose more weight after your body reached its ideal weight!?
My body reached its ideal weight, i am 5'4" 118 pounds, i lost 10 pounds in 1 month, but i want to get back to my weight of last year which is 110 pounds!. How do i lose the next 10 pounds, if i eat healthy, run 10 minutes straight a day will i lose the weight!? Since it is my bodies "ideal" weight, or will it just take more time, then it did for the for 10 pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I stopped eating processed and refined foods and weight just started coming off!.!.!.just eat natural and read the ingredients of everything!.!.you can still eat a lot, you just have to spend a bit more money on grocery's!.!.!.like no hydrogenated oil or high fructose corn syrup, just eat clean and pure!.!.most organic things are!. I have cheat days every so often!.!.!.probably more than i should but it doesn't really make a difference!. The main things i eat are organic oatmeal (100 calories), low fat cottage cheese (90 calories), Smart Chicken breasts (lean protein), and any fruits or vegetables!.!.!.just go to your health food store!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

pho is this soup that the vietnemese eat you can buy it at vietnemese places any ways it is extremely healthy and to me it is good and any ways even though veitnemese eat alot i have never ever seen a fat chinese or vietnemese person because they eat healthy so eat that and continue working out also hotdogs can cause cancer and running can mess up your knees if over done i would suggest a mix of jogging running and commen sense stretch and walk when youre done running/joggin hope i helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com

You're at your Ideal weight! Now you want to be better than last year!. Its time to tone your muscles!.

Take pilates, take body-pump group classes!. Do some risistance training, Get healthy not skinny!

What happens if you get sick huh!? you will have no room for error!. imagine if you can't eat for a few days!. You could die!.
