I dont get why!. I ride my bike everyday, 100-200 crunches, and 20 leg lowers, as well as exercises with this:http://www!.worldclassworkout!.com/images/!.!.!.

I think it is muscle, not fat!. The way in which you do an exercise can cause a small bump but if your core feels solid you are fine!. Pilates can keep the movement of situps and leg lowers smooth helping your belly remain more flat!.
