Help with losing weight please!?

I'm 5'3 weighing at 125 pounds right now. I want to get down to 115 so I would like to lose some weight. I run on the elliptical machine, is it better if I target my heart rate and run at a low intensity so I burn more fat? (I tried it but I don't feel as worked out as I should.) Or, should I just run with high-intesity? Would that be good for losing weight also?


Answers:

Do Interval training. Don't eat junk foods, eat less at meals, but eat more often. Cut down on fat and carbs. Don't quit them altogether. Drink water, 8 - 10 glasses per day. Don't take laxitives and don't purge. Do it the healthy way, do it right.
