Question: I'm 13 years old, 5'5 and 106 pounds!. Is that too light!?
From what I've heard, I SHOULD weigh more!.!.!.!. But I don't and I kinda don't want to weigh more!. all my friends tell me I'm too light!. Is my weight Normal!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should be weighing alteast 110lbs!. Your body will realize if you're too light, and not giving it enough food and it will use your muscles for energy and when you eat something it will be stored as fat in which case you gain fat!. kinda kills the purpose right!? im 14 and i weigh 110!. the doctor has told me that im underwieght, but i like the way i look!. im not disgustingly skinny but i have the right body that a lot of people want!. so it doesnt matter what you weigh!. if u like it keep it that wayWww@Answer-Health@Com

you should weigh at least 112 lbs!. depending on how active you are, maybe more like 120!.

You should gain a little bit of extra weight, but not much!. The average age range for someone your age is around 112-123 pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
