I have tried some of their products in general, and they seem to have lots of sugar just from the way they taste!. Does it work!?!? Is it worth getting all that stuff!?!?(their products)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Special K is good because it is low fat, but yes , I do agree that some of their products do have too much sugar in them !. !. !. !.
Try multi-grain cheerios!. I am and it's working great!.It has 6 grams of sugar per serving and according to Canada's food guide, that's a good amount!. Plus, having too much sugar is just as bad as having too less!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
