Help! I have a Pudge!?!


Question: Help! I have a Pudge!!?
LOL!.well i'm 5'7 and i weigh around 152ILBS and my chest is 38',my waist is 31' and my hips are 41' !.!.!.

i was wondering would it be possible to flatten my stomach to around 28' without shrinking my hip and chest measurements!?

and is there any exercise/diet tips!.!. ie!. foods to avoid/foods to eatWww@Answer-Health@Com

It's an all or nothing game sister, when you flatten out your stomach your hips and chest will still look bigger (and they still might grow!.!.!.!.)

But I think that you should go out on a run (and please, wear a sports bra!.!.!. lol)

Run for a mile or so (maybe more, just depends on how much you can stand) and increase this distance more and more (over weeks!.!.!. don't do it too soon)

You also want to do some short distance!. This you should go to your local track (or mark it on a road) and you will be doing sprint/walks!. Here you will be sprinting for 100m and then walking for 100m!. (repeat many times)

Do those two excersices on seperate days, alternate!.

When you eat, you want to stay away from junk foods/fast foods!. You want to be eating whole grain foods, fruits, veggies, meat (no skin)!.!.!.!.!. and you don't want to be drinking soft drinks!.!.!. stuff like that!. You should cut down on the desserts too, they are good though (once a week maybe!?)Www@Answer-Health@Com
