If you dont have a weights set at home and you're vegetarian, how can u build muscle?

any excersize routines, or secrets? and how long do you think it will take (im talking mainly arms, chest, and abs).


Answers:

Body weight exercises. One key is slow lowering, that is supposed to be three times more important than lifting speed for muscle growth.

Get a pullup bar, and push-up bars. Use the pushup bars at different angles and distances from your chest.
