Question: Need help about my weight!.!?
does any one know how to lose belly fat!? i have like an extra layer of fat over my body!. i work out i do push up and sit up etc!. my chest started to grown and its pretty hard!. but the fat is still there(my muscle is growing under neath the fat i guess) i ran all summer last year about 2 1/2 miles daily but nothing seemed to work!. i dont have a belly i just have love handles and fat hanging over m waist!.can any 1 help me lose it fast!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cardio!!!! you can do crunches all day but until you lose the fat you won't be able to see your muscles!. they are there, they are just hiding!.do at least 40-60 minutes of cardio 5-6 days a week or more if you feel like it!. lower your calorie intake and eat veggies and drink lots of water!. start eating whole grains instead of enriched carbs!. it really does make a difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables!. Stop eating sugars and starches!. Drink 8 glass of water throughout the day!. Excercise an hour a day!. Count your calories, very important!. Go to the following website, it will help you alot to lose weight by counting your calories:

You can't "spot reduce," so there is no way to lose JUST belly fat, no matter what a diet pill or "revolutionary" diet system claims!.
You did not lose that much during the summer because you ran 2!.5 miles a day!.!.!.your body was very much used to it!. To help lose 35 pounds in 3 months, I'd run 3-6 miles 6 days a week, and each day was a different way to run!.!.!.and I'd know I pushed myself because every time I ran, I threw up during the run (sounds unhealthy, but it is common for people to vomit little if you are actually PUSHING your body)!. One day was a sprinting day, one day was a slow jog, one day was a timed run, one day was a hill-sprint day, etc!.!. Just saying "I ran 2!.5 miles a day" tells me your body was not challenged, and if you don't challenge your body, you will never change it!.
You also don't list what you eat!. Why is that!?
