Is it possible to lose...?!


Question: Is it possible to lose!.!.!.!?
40 pounds by the end of the summer !?
Or something around that, cuz thats my ideal weight to be 120!.!.!.How long/much I should exercise!?

The ideal amount of weight lost per week should be no more than 2-3 pounds at most, to make sure what you're losing is fat!.!.!.not muscle or water weight!.

If you consider the end of summer to be the beginning of September (when school usually begins) then you could probably lose about 20-28 pounds, but 40 would be a bit drastic!. Do cardio for about an hour a day, limit your caloric intake between 1200 and 1500 calories a day, and make sure to drink a lot of water!. Doing cardio for 60 minutes you can expect to burn about 600 calories an hour, which equals a little more than a pound a week!. Paired with a healthy diet will contribute to higher amounts of weight loss!. Also, try weight training at least twice a week since muscle burns more calories than fat does!.

You can also try websites that are motivational for weight loss and health such as sparkpeople!.com!. Sounds corny, but it's seriously helped me stay motivated while I've been trying to keep active and healthier!. There are similar websites out there, but the one I use is free, which is ideal for me!.

if not 40lbs , then some where close if you work hard!

*Drink LOTS of water!.
*walk/run every morning 1hr!.
*work out videos always help!
*swimming! I try to swim 3hr almost every day!
* I listen to music and dance like crazy! (it helps)
*don't eat fruit, it has processed sugar( bad!)
*eat veggies and protein!.
*NO , fruit , tomato's, bread, pasta, soda, any thin carbonated, cut sugar and salt!.

If you work out for more then an hour every day ( take a break 1 time a week for you body to heal) then you should lose weight! eat healthy and have 5-6 small meals a day, to get you metabolism going!.
